PATRICK MOONEY
Patrick on one of the club's original members and a very knowledgable United and football fan. While usually 5 minutes late for matches, you can usually hear Patrick screaming at the television.

Patrick's role in the club is to help with club decisions and assist with major social events.

1 - Why is Manchester United your favorite team?
When I was young my brother and I turned on a game and United were playing Liverpool . I made my choice and he made his. We know who made the right choice.

2 - How long have you been a fan?
22 years

3 - Favorite team/year & player
Lots of good years to choose from, '93, '94, '99, '08 but my favourite team has to be "99.

As for players it's tough to choose between Cantona, Keane and Giggs. Not forgetting Evra and Fletcher who are two players I have really enjoyed watching for the last 2 years. But my favourite player always has been and always will be the Welsh Wizard Ryan Giggs.

4 - Number of United jerseys in your closet
I have recently updated my collection which now stands at 13.

5 - Favorite United item in collection
'96-'97 Premiership Champions Jersey (bought the day I saw my first game at Old Trafford).

Also, my '68 European Cup Winners commermorative mirror given to me by my friends step father (a Scot who supported Rangers. Go figure Billy)


6 - All time starting XI
All time XI is a pretty tough decision to make. Do I include the greats I never saw? Best, Charlton, Law, Duncan Ferguson?

I don't think I can so here is my list of the all time XI that I have had the pleasure of supporting.
